3. Business Transitions

Rolling Video Games is not a franchisor, therefore it does not collect franchise fees or impose franchise rules or contracts. There are no refunds for funds submitted for trailer builds. There are no territories, however, Rolling Video Games limits sales to one unit per 250,000 in population to a given region. Owners of Rolling Video Games may relocate with a 30 days notice.
